What makes us different from your traditional outpatient physical therapy clinic is we bring the clinic directly to the homes of our patients. We provide all necessary equipment that you would use in the traditional outpatient setting including a treatment table, resistance bands, electrical stimulation, balance equipment, and more. All of our therapists are specialized in geriatric rehabilitation to provide you with the highest level of evidence-based care.

We pride ourselves in the ability to form a trusting relationship between the therapist and the patient as well as those involved with care. Each client will be treated by the same therapist to help foster solid relationships and improve continuity of care.

We provide one-on-one care in the privacy of your home with no added expense, our prices are the same as going to an outpatient practice but can be performed in the safety of your home.

We believe that there is no “one size fits all” treatment plan. Treatment is designed for each patient’s individual goals, challenges, and needs. Rather than focusing only on the painful area, our therapists assess the patient as a whole and work on interconnected areas to find the root of the problem. Our therapists are whole-heartedly invested in their patient’s treatment and provide patient encouragement, explanation, and guidance.
