My mother had back surgery and was in a rehab center for a month. After that she had at home PT but then that ended due to medicare only approving for a time period. She was still weak because she wasn’t doing her exercises correctly. Once the initial at home PT ended, another company was supposed to call to continue PT. But that company never called. I eventually contacted Optimal and they were very responsive and helpful. Chris was her PT he came out 2x a week for several weeks. After the session with Chris, my mother can walk without a walker.

My 90+ year-old mother has been receiving Physical Therapy from Optimal Home Rehab for the past several months. The company (and, in particular, Erin) is well organized and very responsive to all needs and questions we have had, regarding scheduling and care.
The physical therapist, Doriean, has been great to work with. She is excellent in setting appointments well in advance, and working with our request for afternoon hours only. Her greatest strength, however, lies in getting my mother to do what no one else can: MOVE! Doriean’s lovely personality charmed my Mom from the start and, as a result, my mother is willing to try the exercises. The moves are reasonable, and so good for my mother to accomplish. Everyone at our house appreciates Doriean’s good humor and persistence very much.
My mother is up and walking a bit, for the first time in 8 months, so we are extremely grateful to Optimal and the wonderful work of Doriean! We highly recommend the services of this company.

I greatly appreciate the help I received from my physical therapist. I completed the LSVT BIG Parkinson’s program and I expanded my knowledge on how to walk around my home and outdoors in crowds safely. I highly recommend and I’m grateful my doctor recommended this company.

We had other OT and PT therapists in our home. Honestly no one did the job better than Stephanie and Doriean from Optimal. They worked with my husband using different techniques and encouragement to get him to walk without a walker or cane. They are outstanding therapists and we give them the highest recommendation.
