Physical, occupational, and speech therapy services through Optimal Home Rehab are considered outpatient therapy by Medicare and most private insurance carriers. The cost of therapy will be the same as if you were to attend therapy at an outpatient facility.

We are in-network with traditional Medicare and out of network with other private insurance companies. If you have private insurance with out-of-network benefits, services may be covered.

We are not a home health agency therefore patients DO NOT need to be home-bound. Our private practice offers this in-home physical, occupational and speech therapy service just like an outpatient clinic and we bill through Medicare Part B or out-of-network insurance.

We do accept cash for our wellness clients. This is a benefit to you, as it doesn’t limit your treatments and recovery! We accept all major credit cards, cash, or checks made payable to Optimal Home Rehab LLC.

Optimal Home Rehab also offers a private pay plan for patients who do not have health insurance or who have exhausted their benefits. For additional information about our service rates and payment options, please contact us as soon as possible!
